You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information through this site are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Those policies explain the categories of personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, the choices and rights available to you, and how to exercise them. Please review them before using the site.

We do not sell products directly on this site. "Buy now" and retailer links take you to independent third-party stores. Prices, availability, shipping, returns and payments are handled by those retailers under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or transactions.

WIFFLE®, the Wiffle Ball logo, product designs, and all site content (text, photos, graphics, and video we own) are the property of The Wiffle Ball, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or use them without our written permission. Videos and articles from other creators remain the property of their owners.

You must be 18 or older to upload. Do not upload photos, videos, or recordings of children under 13. When you create an account or upload, you affirmatively agree not to provide them, and we will remove any we find. If you upload photos or videos through "Share your game" or a listing, you confirm that you own them or have permission to share them, and that everyone identifiable in them (or a parent or guardian, for minors) has agreed to their use.

By submitting a photo or video, you assign to Wiffle all right, title, and interest in that submission, including all copyrights. Wiffle owns every submission and may use, reproduce, edit, publish, sell, license, and display it in any media, for any purpose, worldwide and forever — with or without credit and without payment to you. You waive any moral rights you may have in the submission. Although Wiffle owns submissions, we will remove a submission from this website when the person shown (or their parent or guardian) asks us to, as described in our Privacy Policy. Removal from the website does not undo uses already made before the request. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion. Do not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes anyone's rights.

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send our designated agent a notice that includes: your signature; a description of the work; the URL of the material; your contact information; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

League, field, tournament, and professional play information is provided for convenience and may change. Wiffle does not operate or supervise independent leagues or events and is not responsible for them. Play safely and follow the rules of the venue you use.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that information is always complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiffle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any third-party site linked from it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
